Creating
competitions within the company or organization
for Challenge teams by:
- awarding
points to people who show up to
exercise sessions,
or participate in other health related
activities as specified by the company. Points
will be exchanged for prizes.
- awarding paid time
off as an incentive for making healthy
lifestyle choices.
- "Biggest Loser" competitions
- Healthy
luncheons, giving participants
the opportunity to get
together and have fun with the Challenge.
- Recipe
exchanges & recipe
book collection, etc.
