Dragon Boat Festival FAQ's

Athletes Village: An area designated as the "Athletes Village" will be available to set up team tents after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2008.

Athletes Village Team Banners: Team or company signs or banners should be supplied by the team and be a maximum of 8’ X 3’.

Team Clean-up after Race: Please be sure to remove all tents, canopys, signs, and trash from you team area before leaving the park.

Canopy, Chair & Table Rentals:  If you need to rent canopies, chairs or tables, please contact the CEO office.

Caterers: If you wish to have your tent catered, make arrangements with the CEO office so that your caterer, whoever that might be, will be able to deliver your food.

Marshalling Area: The Marshalling area is located between the pavillion and the docks where you will be entering your boat. Teams must be in the marshalling area 45 minutes before their race.

VIP Parking Permits: Will be distributed one week prior to the Festival. Gateway to Health Challenge sponsors, festival sponsors and CEO members
