Preparing for Race Day

Team Captains should prepare their team for race day by first completing all required registrations, rosters, and waiver forms and submitting them to: Civic Entrpreneurs Organization (CEO) Foundation, 121 S. Meramec Ave., 9th Floor, St. Louis, MO 63105. All team waiver forms must be submitted by the first practice time.

Whenever possible, it is requested that teams sign the "Waiver and Release of Liability Signature Page" rather than complete individual signed waivers for submission to the CEO Foundation office.

Please see the waiver instruction page for more detailed information.

Once the paperwork is done, the fun begins.
