Practice Sessions

Once your team is registered you will need to practice and learn how to operate a dragon boat. For safety reasons, we do not let teams participate in the event unless they have practiced first.

Your team entry fee includes one practice session. Practices are organized through the CEO Office and will be held June 2nd thru June 5th. Practice sessions are one hour long and will be scheduled at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.   Teams should arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to practice time.  Once your team is registered in the festival, your captain can call the CEO office at 314-615-8283 to schedule practice times on a first come, first served basis.  Additional practice times can be scheduled for $100 per hour.
